• Orders for custom and personalised items must be paid in full before production begins.

• We offer Australia-wide shipping, with standard and express options available.

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, while custom orders may take longer.

• A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

• International delivery available upon request. Price on POA.

​Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items in original condition.

• Custom and personalised items are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or error.

• If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.

Custom Orders

• Please review all details before submitting a custom order, as changes cannot be made after production has started.

• We do our best to match colours and designs, but slight variations may occur due to printing and material differences.
