SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Information - Australia

  • We offer Australia-wide shipping with standard and express options available at checkout.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders will require additional time.

  • Trade Orders may take longer than 1-3 business days to process. Please allow up to 5 business days. 

  • Once shipped, orders can take up to 1-2 weeks to be delivered depending on ship location. 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

  • We offer world-wide shipping with standard option available at checkout.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, however shipping can be from 3-4 weeks.

  • Trade Orders may take longer than 1-3 business days to process. Please allow up to 5 business days. 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Custom Orders​

  • Custom orders will require additional processing time. 

  • Revisions are only accepted once, so please be precise with your customer order requests. 

  • Exchanges, returns or refunds are not accepted on Custom Orders.

Colours & Printing

  • Colours may differ slightly to photographs due to the printing process and the type of paper printed on. 

  • Paper is a natural thing, thus textures can vary from piece to piece.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Papier & Plate is bound by Australian Consumer law and will process all returns and refunds in line with these lawes. We accept returns on non-customised items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

  • Custom and personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect to agreed upon design. 

  • Returns / Cancellations will be issued in the form of a store credit, less any applicable delivery fees.

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@papierandplate.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
