Revisions are only accepted once, so please be precise with your customer order requests.

Exchanges, returns or refunds are not accepted on Custom Orders.

Colours & Printing

Colours may differ slightly to photographs due to the printing process and the type of paper printed on.

Paper is a natural thing, thus textures can vary from piece to piece.

Returns & Exchanges

Papier & Plate is bound by Australian Consumer law and will process all returns and refunds in line with these lawes. We accept returns on non-customised items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Custom and personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect to agreed upon design.

Returns / Cancellations will be issued in the form of a store credit, less any applicable delivery fees.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@papierandplate.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
